Your first access |
(Note: if you are a first-time visitor, please use the [ How to use ] section to discover ATDB features.)
Once your subscription payment is complete, you receive within minutes your temporary access codes by email. Use these codes to log-on to ATDB using the appropriate box on the upper right corner of the main ATDB page. Once logged-on you are free to submit any query enabled by your subscription level.
Technical prerequisites:
ATDB V5 is designed to run on any platform using any Internet browser, even smart phones and PDA's !
The following table details the recommended configuration:

To protect your payment details, obtaining ATDB access codes is a 2-step process:
- Immediately (less than 1 or 2 minutes) after payment you receive an email with a temporary set of access codes. Use these codes to log-on to ATDB and start using our services.
- >Within 48 hours, ATDB gets validation of your payment and send your permanent access codes which remain valid until the end of your subscription. The previous temporary codes will cease to be valid. Make sure not to discard this email !
- No access code code received ? Do the following: (1) check your spams folder, (2) check that your email on record with the payment server was correctly spelt, (3) Contact ATDB Support for help.
- If you forget your permanent access codes, use the myATDB -> lost access code section to request a reminder.
- At renewal time, your permanent codes remain unchanged. If you wish to alter these codes see the myATDB section.
Professional and Premium subscriptions:
- Subscription licence is valid for 10 (or a multiple of 10) users.
- Each user logs into ATDB with the same combination of username/password
- ATDB takes care of the administration of the licence codes and monitors accesses in real-time up to the licenced number of users.
